What data we access

StockLens connects to your Shopify store through the Admin API to generate an ABC inventory analysis report. To do this, we read:

• Product titles, IDs, and current inventory levels
• Order line item quantities and amounts, for orders placed within the date range you select in the report (up to one year back)

What we do not access

We deliberately do not request or read customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping or billing addresses, or payment details. Our queries are scoped to exclude these fields entirely.

How long we keep data

We do not store order or product data on our own servers. Each time you open the report, we fetch the required data from Shopify, compute the analysis, and return it to your browser. Nothing is cached or persisted beyond that single request.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your store's data with any third party.

Security

All communication between StockLens and Shopify's API takes place over encrypted HTTPS connections.
